We have completed over 3,000 accessibility inspections of commercial buildings, publicly owned properties, multi-family dwellings, and detention facilities. Certified Access Specialists by the State of California, Division of the State Architect, we are also International Code Council Certified Commercial Building Inspectors with over 30 years of inspection and construction management experience. It's one thing to be able to identify areas of concern, however ProCASp also has the experience to make sensible recommendations to help you remediate any problem areas.

At ProCASp, consulting is our only business. Often, CASp inspectors are contractors who offer CASp inspections to drive work to their primary business. This creates a conflict of interest, as we have seen several instances where a consultant will identify high cost barriers that are not actually required to be removed. We have no such conflict because we do not perform any remediation, and consequently we have no reason to identify costly barrier removal unless it is actually required to be performed. We work with numerous defense attorneys, and we value our relationship with them and our business owner clients. We are happy to provide referrals to experienced attorneys who specialize in defending ADA related lawsuits.
