Gas Station ADA Requirements

All gas stations are required to provide access to people with disabilities. Gas Stations must provide accessibility at the pump as well as inside the store. Parking lot and bathroom requirements must meet strict gas station ADA standards and specific heights for gas pumps; in some cases, employees can be required to assist customers at the pump.
